Las Goths Making Moody, Gothic, Post-Punk and #SoyDarks Sounds

It’s time for all things gloriously dark and spooky.

Of course it doesn’t matter that we’re near the end of October! This roundup of artists making moody, gothic, post-punk, #soydarks sounds is perfect for the entire month (including the entire fall season) and especially Halloween. You can even follow it up for Dia De Los Muertos. Along with a playlist, we’ve included a video playlist to view at your dark heart’s content and we kept it diverse and global so you’ll hear from artists like Ash Code, Let’s Eat Grandma and Lykanthea, just to name a few.

If you’re in Chicago, this weekend Lykanthea joins Lupe Fiasco, Jamila Woods, Billy Corgan, and more to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago with a FREE ensemble performance exploring South Indian femininities through floral symbolism on the MCA Plaza. This happens Saturday, October 21 at 10AM. Details here.

As a friendly reminder, if you enjoy their music, please follow, like, purchase and support!
