Rêver – Where passion meets opportunity! Combine art and science in a dance and STEM summer camp, and achieve dreams you never knew you were possible! Rêver (French for “to dream”) is hosting its first ever summer camp, exploring the intersection of dance and STEM. We believe in the transformative power created by the combined qualitative and quantitative benefits of art and science. Rêver’s mission is to leverage dance as an instrument to introduce Black and Latino youth in Chicago to the conventionalism of STEM, and equip them with skillsets to achieve their dreams.

Overview: Day filled with hip hop dance instruction and STEM activities that will be applied to the choreography they learn.
Day Summer Camp: Monday – Friday, 8/14-8/18, 9am-3pm
Performance/Showcase: Saturday, 8/19, 12pm-2pm
Ages: 11-14/6th – 8th grade
