Chicago is 1 of 43 U.S. cities–one for each student disappeared in Ayotzinapa–to hold vigils and protests on December 3rd to demand that President Obama and Congress end “Plan Mexico” drug war funding.
In the wake of the human rights crisis exposed by the disappearances of the 43 students in Iguala, Mexico, Latino and other communities are participating in a national mobilization for peace in Mexico and to hold elected officials accountable on aid to Mexico. لعبة الروليت في العراق
For many in these United States, images of mass grave in Mexico or stories like that of the 43 missing Normalista students of Ayotzinapa are disturbing, but far away. كيف تلعب لعبة البوكر For others of us, Mexico is not just a “foreign policy issue. موقع المراهنات على المباريات ” Mexico es familia.
We here in the United States are also tired of all the killing, tired of all the disappearances and inherently destructive drug war policies that foster these catastrophes, paid for by the US government.
We ask the support of community members in remembering the clear connection between state sponsored violence in Mexico and state sponsored violence in the US. We must be in solidarity with the community in Ferguson, as our struggles are deeply interconnected. #BlackLivesMatter
