Author: Silvio Sirias

Silvio is the author of 'Bernardo and the Virgin,' the award-winning 'Meet Me under the Ceiba' and 'The Saint of Santa Fe.' Born and raised between Los Angeles and Nicaragua, he received his doctorate in Spanish from the University of Arizona and worked as a professor of Spanish and U.S. Latino and Latina literature. In 2002 he moved to Panamá, where he's lived ever since.
