It’s been 38 years since Mexican Fiesta first brought a taste of México to the banks of Lake Michigan in Milwaukee. Beginning this Friday, the tradition returns to the Summerfest grounds for three days of celebrating Mexican culture and community. Open to individuals of all ethnic backgrounds, the festival hopes to honor culture, tradition and family through Mexico’s rich history, art, music and food.
In addition to the plethora of food and beverage vendors, this year’s festival also boasts its first ever Tequila Tasting, sponsored by the National Chamber of the Tequila Industry. مراهنات التنس Should you overdo it on the food or tequila, Sunday’s activities include the Fiesta Walk, a two mile walk raising awareness of diabetes and obesity for a community currently at risk.
In the Cultural Pavilion, over 100 artisans from Guanajuato, Zacatecas, Hidalgo and more will share their arts, crafts and merchandise unique to their state. Dancers and mariachis will be performing the sounds and movements of México, with performances such as Mexico Indigena and Ceremonia Azteca. Also within the Pavilion will be a Latino Veterans Exhibit, honoring the Latinos that served our nation with a special exhibition of Escuadrón 201. بوكر حقيقي
And then of course, there’s the music. افضل موقع العاب اون لاين Mexican Fiesta boasts over seven stages of music and dancing, with sounds ranging from the accordions and horns of Banda Machos, to the guitars of Bachata Heightz. So whether you lean to a tropical or Tejano sound, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Here’s a taste of what you’ll hear this weekend:

Aside from providing the Midwest with one of the largest festivals celebrating Mexican culture, Mexican Fiesta and the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Inc. have been able to provide over $780,000+ in academic scholarships to the Latino community over the years.
