Tiziano Fratus

April 12, 2010 @ 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Free

This is a not to be missed poetry reading for anyone who loves poetry or Italian culture or both.
Tiziano Fratus has published eleven books of poetry in Italy, seven in Europe, America and Asia. Selections of his poems have been translated into eight languages and published in international journals, reviews and in anthologies in several countries. In the Spring of 2006 he founded the Festival Torino Poesia, the following year the publishing house Manifattura Torino Poesia, and in the fall 2009 the Poeteca (Poetry Library) in Pinerolo. In 2010, in addition to “Creaturing,” he will have poetry anthologies published in Brazil and in Italy. “Creaturing” was translated into English by Francesco Levato.
A reception with Tiziano Fratus follows.
