Presented by Big-Little Comedy
Written by Tina Jackson, Elise Mayfield and Rob Speer
In 1935, Joan Kelly, Hollywood darling, is at the top of her game, beloved my millions. But her life may not be as golden as everyone thinks it is. On-screen competition, problems at home, her ex-husband, and even the mob threaten her every happiness. When Joan winds up dead, one private investigator will pull out all the stops to discover how Joan came to star in The Golden Age of Murder.
Big-Little Comedy’s involvement in the production of murder mysteries originated three years ago when Tina Jackson was commissioned by The Red Cross of Indiana to write an interactive show for an annual benefit dinner held in Vincennes, IN. For the past three years the writers have worked closely with The Red Cross to create and personalize performances suited to their purposes while still retaining the class of traditional theater so it can be suited to a non-fundraising atmosphere as well.
