This exhibit contains over 150 examples of print and TV commercials that trace the evolution of advertising from the past 80 years. Revisit work by Bernice Fitz-Gibbon (Macy’s), George Lois (MTV), Lee Clow (Apple), Goodby, Silverstein & Partner’s (Got Milk?), and discover a series of rare recorded interviews with such advertising luminaries as Mary Wells, David Ogilvy, and Shirley Polykoff. A presentation of The One Club, the world’s foremost non-profit organization devoted to elevating creative work in the industry, the exhibition is being hosted and sponsored by Columbia College Chicago with additional sponsorship being provided by DDB Chicago and Leo Burnett.
