As ICE continues to display overly aggressive tactics against our community, we need to continue to protect and defend one another. We have seen the way ICE has taken any opportunity to detain individuals – in the streets, at homes, and at routine ICE check ins. Noe will be going to turn in a request to renew his Stay of Removal so that he can remain with his family in the United States.
Noe has been fighting to stay and continue building a relationship with his 5 year old daughter since his release from detention in 2014 after he had been detained for over an year. Noe first ended up in detention because he had turned right on a redlight, we do not want him to end up in detention now becuase of the current xenophic political climate. Please show up and support Noe as he attends his check in on April 12 and asks that he be left in peace to be with his family. We are more protected when we are organized.
We are stronger as a united community please also sign and share his petition https://action.mijente.net/petitions/stop-noe-s-deportation.
