Javier’s dreams of graduating alongside his colleagues and starting that new job that would have helped him pay all his student loans come tumbling down after he flunks his Ethics class. He decides to appeal his grade; his professor, a man suffering from acute depression, makes him an offer Javier just can’t refuse: the professor will change his grade and pay him a considerable sum of money if Javier kills him. And so begins a tense, fast-paced cat and mouse game that evokes Alfred Hitchcock’s “Strangers on a Train.”
