CHICAGO – ¡Pachanga! is a party with a new Latin theme each month. A party for people who love to dance to live music ranging from Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Tamborazo, Norteñas, Reggaeton, Spanish Rock, Latin House and everything in between.
Pachanga also has a “Tianguis” Artist Market where party-goers can buy small crafts, paintings and prints from some of Chicago’s local craftsmen and artists. The party is located at Logan Square’s popular night spot, East Room where the bartenders and will be making a batch of agua de jamaica punch. This April 26th Pachanga will be featuring Cumbia music with a special live performance from Guapachosos. Guapachosos is a cumbia musical ensemble reflecting Mexico City’s cumbia scene as well as Chicago’s cultural diversity. The Featured Deejays for Pachanga are Solmeca, CaliXta and Memo Duarte. The party begins at 9:30pm and ends at 4am. Free paletas will be given to the first fifty people.
