This season get your hips moving and energy flowing with a Reina Belly Dance beginner course. Focus on building a repertoire of diverse Oriental dance technique while building strength and stamina. Basic steps, hip movements, postures, isolations and Level I combinations will be covered.
Suggested class attire: Comfortable workout pants & top, hip scarf (no coin scarves please).
