Free Street Theater is proud to present a workshop presentation of “No Hay Mal Que Por Bien No Venga” by Resident Artist Lily Be. Showtimes are June 2nd and June 3rd at 7pm.
About the show:
When the world is telling you who you are or are supposed to be it’s easy to lose yourself in the craziness. How do you find yourself when you don’t even know you’re lost? “No Hay Mal Que Por Bien No Venga” explores one woman’s realization that WHO she is isn’t as important as WHY she is. All it took was a graffiti artist, a box cutter, a slit wrist, and 7 days in a mental ward.
This play will be presented for a full run next year. In the meantime, get in on the ground floor of this brand new piece from one of Chicago’s most exciting storytellers.
