Please join The Humboldt Park Art Fair for a day of art, fun, and food for the entire community! Kick things off at 11:00 am by catching the free trolley on Chicago Ave. to view the murals completed in local summer arts programs — youth artists will be on-site to educate viewers on their work and lead fun, free arts activities perfect for the entire family. At 2:00 pm, meet-up at Orr Academy High School (730 N. Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60624) for a Community Parade that begins at 3:00 pm and ends at Kells Park (3201 W. Chicago Ave. Chicago, IL 60624 ) where you can enjoy art vendors and quality entertainment provided by the Quennect 4 Gallery!
The Humboldt Park Art Fair was created to showcase and promote the presence of local artists of all ages to the community. It is a collaborative effort of Humboldt Park artists, musicians, volunteers, organizations, and residents to create an event that is affordable and accessible to all as well as provides opportunities for emerging and veteran artists.
The festival proceeds benefit Graffiti Zone’s after school arts programs — creating a safe space in which people of all ages can connect with themselves and their community through art.
