Film Screening: Primos-Cousins

Dumped at the altar by his fiancée, heartbroken Diego retreats to his hometown on the north coast of Spain, with two cousins–ballsy Julian and p-whipped Miguel–along for moral support. Diego seeks out his old flame Martina, as lovely as ever but quite content with her self-sufficient life as a single mom. Then Diego’s repentant ex shows up to make his romantic picture even cloudier. Director Arevalo enlivens this bouncy blend of romance and bromance with movie in-jokes and a flair for quirky comedy.
