Join local artists, activists, and friends as we welcome Favianna to Chicago. Bring a dish and some artwork to share as we reimagine the domestic sphere as a space for creative exchange.

“Art is a Hammer: Making Your Own Food Justice Poster” at Jane Addams Hull-House Museum

Favinanna will present her graphic work that engages issues of land use, sustainability, and food justice. Participants will be led in an activity to create their own posters related to local or national campaigns and demands for responsible, equitable and ethical practices within the food movement.
This workshop is open to the public and limited to the first 35 participants who enroll.
