Coding and Cocktails: Make and HTML 5 Application

Have a ladies night in! Learn the basics of HTML and CSS while enjoying a glass of spirits and appetizers. These BYOB classes are for the absolute starter who is looking to learn the basics of web development for further study, or to increase the capabilities using WordPress. Come ready to learn and meet some new ladies. There will be handouts distributed for reference and to help you further your study.

What you get from a coding and cocktails class:
Learn the basics syntax (language) of HTML and CSS to build a basic web application
Overcome anxiety related to technology
Build confidence by learning a technical skill

This class is great for:
Social media managers,newsletter publishers, professionals who use MailChimp, copywriters, wordpress developers, and small business owners
People who want an intro to web-development
People who want to save money by creating your own landing pages and customizing WordPress themes.

The skill level required for this class:
Absolute beginner
If you can type, you can do it!
If I can teach children as young as seven this skill, then you can learn it. I will guide you along the way.

All proceeds will help further programming for young women to introduce them to STEM fields. Pictures will be taken to document the fun! Let me know if you do not like photos. Sales are final but tickets can be transferred to future class or another participant.
