Beachy Boys & Beachy Girls at Maria’s

Maria’s back from vacation and we couldn’t be happier! The summer isn’t over yet. Chicago continues to come to life at night. And we have just the series still happening for the final days of this warm weather.

What can we say? Beachy Boys & Beachy Girls has so far offered a musical pot called “eclectic beach,” simmering with chill down tempo, space rock and 70s classic rock, etc., and coming to a boil with classic surf music, as well as ending the evenings with late night tech house sounds and beat down techno that would titillate the heartiest of Ibiza bound or Miami beach revelers. But your music connoisseur, Maria’s resident DJ Luis Gabriel Aguilera (“Luis” for short) isn’t settling with past success. Beyond what he’s already dished out, he’s going to look beyond for some more audio treats to massage the mind, thrill the senses and just put you in the right place. Come with an open mind.
