If you’re looking for things to do for a bachelor party beyond the usual strippers and beer, you’ve come to the right place. Before your buddy heads to the altar, round up the guys and show him one last night out with these ideas for the ultimate bachelor party.

At The Races
Just a short drive from the north side, Arlington Park racetrack offers fast paced fun to get the party started. The Metra also stops right outside the park’s main entrance for your convenience. Enjoy a cold refreshing beer as you cheer your horse across the finish line. The venue offers party packages in the box seat section or Miller Lite party deck which include food, drinks and admission to the park for a nominal fee. Sorry, but bets aren’t included the package, so be sure to bring cash or a credit card, which are accepted by tellers and the self serve betting machines, when you place your bet on the long shot.

Play Ball
Whether you’re a Northsider, or loyal to the South Side, Chicago baseball could be your best bachelor party bet. Both teams have several options for watching a game. You can go the single game ticket route and sit in the stands, or choose from a party package that includes food and drink. The White Sox offer several group packages within The Cell, and the Cubs have several outside vendors Wrigley rooftop party packages outside of the park. Try to schedule your party around the Crosstown Classic series and revel in some extra rivalry mayhem.

Casino Weekend
You don’t have to travel all the way to Vegas to place your bets. Ameristar Casino in East Chicago and Harrah’s in Joliet are a few of hotel/casinos in the Chicagoland area where you and the guys can make a weekend of it. Horseshoe Casino in Hammond also boasts The Venue which hosts concerts and comedians most nights. These casinos all offer a variety of restaurants as well, so whether you’re making it a whole weekend, or just one night, they’ve got you covered with food, drink and fun.
